REFLECTIONS GALLERY
Reflections Gallery has been offering quality art and framing to our customers
since 1992. We feature Limited Edition Prints, Posters, and
Matted and Framed Mini Prints from several art publishers - at the most
affordable prices you will find on the internet. These include
Southwestern artist Maija from Kemper Galleries, Western Art from Tim Cox, Nancy
Cawdrey and more; Hadley House artists Lee Bogle, Dave Barnhouse, Darrell
Bush and Steve
Hanks. Also Jody Bergsma, Collin Bogle and images from many other leading Publishers and Artists.
We are a fully authorized dealer for these art publishers and the authenticity of all
art we offer is guaranteed.
Ordering on-line
is easy - just follow our links to the item where you will see a larger image
and be able to place your order.
Keep following the links through the checkout - your
credit card will be charged only when we ship your item.
There is a Basket Contents box that shows items you have placed in a basket.
You can view your basket at anytime during this process and
remove or add additional items before finishing your order.

process and fulfill your order with us or to let you know about new releases or

When Can you Expect
to Receive Your Order? Your order
will normally Ship Within 3 days (up to 3 weeks for special orders and out of
stock items). In Stock art items with standard
framing selections normally ship within one week. If you need to receive your
order by a specified time, for a special occasion, or would like it shipped as a
gift to someone else, just let us know and we'll do whatever we can to
accommodate your request.
Shipping Information: We use UPS for all of our
Shipping unless you request another carrier. Your order will be shipped from
southern Colorado
Your shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of your order and
your location and you may select your shipping
preferences at checkout.

Canadian Shipping:
PLEASE NOTE: Customs duties and
taxes are the sole responsibility of the Recipient, even if the item is
being shipped to someone other than the Purchaser. Reflections Gallery is
required by Federal law to file a Customs Declaration with each package shipped
to Canada. UPS charges brokerage fees upon delivery - we have no control
of this and the customer is responsible for these fees.
We will
not declare shipments as "Gifts", nor will we declare the value of items below
their listed price, for the purposes of tax evasion. We can not be
held responsible for items not delivered due to failure of the recipient to pay
the necessary duties and taxes. If you have questions about this policy, please
contact us before you order. Please be aware that
UPS may charge customs and brokerage fees well in excess of the value of
the merchandise ordered. This is entirely outside our control and in addition
to our charges to you for your order.
RETURNS - PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
Although we package our shipments very carefully, sometimes items do arrive
damaged. All of our merchandise is professionally packed and insured. If you should ever receive merchandise
that has been damaged in shipping, just let us know and we'll help you start a
UPS claim and send a replacement as soon as possible. All claims for
shipping damage must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Returns for
any other reasons
(wrong size, color, you changed your mind, etc)
may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. You
must request an RMA number before returning goods to us - and they must be
returned in the original packaging and must be re-saleable. Please
put them in one of the shipping boxes that you receive - if you send them back
in just the product box, we can't sell them as new (and you will not receive
credit for returning them to us). If they
are damaged in transit being returned to us, it is the responsibility of the
customer to file their own claim for damage reimbursement from the shipper. No
credit will be issued for returns arriving damaged. Returns for credit are
not accepted more than 15 days after shipment of the merchandise.
Special order items (items not normally stocked and closeout items) are not discountable
nor are they returnable. For dinnerware, we do offer a "sample" shipment -
if you are unsure about a pattern and want to see what one piece of a
dinnerware set will look like, please call us - we will charge you for just
the one piece plus shipping, and credit you for the piece (less shipping)
when returned to us, or apply the amount paid to your complete order should
you decide to order more of the pattern.
